Shipping and Return Policy - Floppy Products, Inc.
Shipping PolicyWhen completing a purchase with Floppy Products, Inc. your product will be shipped by FedEx Ground. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. All fees will be shown during checkout.
On completion of an order, you will be sent an email confirming your purchase. All orders will be processed within 72 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. A shipment confirmation email with a package tracking number will be sent when the item(s) ships.
Ground Shipping Rates
Please add $15 for orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.
Return PolicyYou may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by www.floppyseat.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping costs. Items should be returned unused, unwashed, saleable, and in their original product packaging. If the return is a result of our error, we will also refund the return shipping costs to you. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving the returned item. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that are returned with missing pieces and/or parts will not be refunded and will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense. Items returned without an RA will be subject to a 25% restocking fee due to unexpected returns.
Items that are Not ReturnableFloppyseat.com does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that have been opened
- Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Gift cards and gift certificates
- Items purchased from sellers other than Floppyseat.com
ExchangesIf you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
We highly recommend that you get a tracking number and insure the return shipment to protect you in case the item gets damaged or lost in the mail. Floppy Products Inc. cannot be responsible for return items lost or damaged in the mail. All sales are final after 30 days.
How to Pack & Send Your ReturnYou can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
1. Email us at email@example.com for an RA number. We will not accept returns without an RA number.
2. Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items), your order number, RA number, name, address, phone number, and e-mail address and the reason for exchange/refund securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in.
3. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
